About thermal insulated Insulflex - origin of Malaysia
Insulflex Thermal Insulation is a product of Insulflex Corporation Sdn Bhd (743287-M) (ICSB), a leading corporation in the manufacturing sector in Malaysia thermal insulated – which was established in 1988.
Insulflex Thermal Insulations are produced in the production line extruded blow advanced technology, high quality materials, controlled by a process of strict quality management. Insulflex Thermal Insulations outstand with their stability, which meets the criteria and the technical requirements of the most demanding investors.
Insulflex Thermal Insulations are accredited ISO 9001 on 13 September 2000. The products are distributed locally and exported to over 50 countries worldwide, revenue from exports accounted for approximately 70% of total revenue of Insulflex Corporation.

Specifications of Insulflex Insulation
Insulflex Thermal Insulations are made of vulcanized rubber elastic, which are soft and lightweight, for insulation. The products are in two forms: tubes and plates. Tube is specially designed based on the standard diameter of the copper pipe and steel pipe. Plates include standard pre-cut sheets or coiled.

Application of insulation Insulflex
- Insulation Insulflex have expanded closed cell structure prevents the steam most effectively, anti-dew or snow sticking in the cooling system, chiller systems and frozen chains.
- Insulflex Insulation slows heat loss in hot water piping and heating, dual temperature piping and solar systems. Insulflex Insulation plays a role of vibration reduction to protect the pipe system and corrosion from environmental and industrial air.
- Insulation Insulflex with the inherent flexibility of the product is very suitable for Thermal Insulation in the large surface such as tanks, non-standard bottles, air ducts and large diameter pipes.
