Application of insulation plates Insulflex:
Insulflex Insulation has an expanded closed-cell structure that helps prevents water vapor, dew or snow sticking in the cooling system, cooling system and the freezing chains most effectively.
Insulflex Insulation slows heat loss in hot water piping and heating, dual-temperature piping and solar systems. Insulflex Insulation reduces vibration to protect the piping system against corrosion from air environment and industrial environments.
Insulflex Thermal insulated plates are suitable for insulating on surfaces such as windpipes, tanks, standard tank and large diameter pipes.
Advantages of insulation Insulflex
Thermal conductivity of Insulflex insulation is lower than other types of insulation on the market: K-Value = 0.037 W / mK at 20°C while in other products, the thermal conductivity K ≥ 0.038 W / mK.
Expanded closed-cell structure prevents water vapor, dew or snow sticking on air conditioning systems, air conditioning, plumbing systems, VRV systems and Chiller duct systems most effectively. The results of the water permeability test for Insulflex insulation is 3% of weight, while the results for other products are 3.8%.
Fire resistance: Insulation Insulflex has achieved UL94 fire-protection standard.
The Vacuum surface helps prevent water vapor condensing, increase elasticity and durability. Product’s surface is well looking immediately after finished, ensures highly aesthetic and neat. It is fine to use without any additional enclosure.
Density: 50kg / m3 to 120 kg / m3. Wide working-temperature range: from -40 to + 105 °C, able to fit most applications.
